These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and MyBite Holdings LLC ("Giggles," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, mobile application (the "App"), and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "I Agree," registering for an account, downloading the App, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

3. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content
You are responsible for any content (text, images, audio, video, etc.) you upload or share through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Giggles a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Post content that is harmful, abusive, or infringing
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated systems to access the Services
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services

7. Mobile Features and Communications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive messages (e.g., texts, push notifications) from us. You may opt out by following the instructions provided in the messages or contacting us directly.

8. Intellectual Property
All content and software provided through the Services (excluding User Content) are the property of Giggles or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission.

9. App Updates
By installing the App, you consent to receive updates and upgrades, which may occur automatically. You can uninstall the App at any time.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from your use of the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giggles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms, and any dispute related to these Terms or the Site, will be governed by and construed and enforced under the laws of the State of Delaware, as applicable, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of the the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. You agree that we may initiate a proceeding related to the enforcement or validity of our intellectual property rights in any court having jurisdiction. For any other proceeding that is not subject to arbitration under these Terms, the courts located in The State of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue in any such courts.

14. Giggles Coin
$GIGGLES is a digital token used within our Services. It is not an investment vehicle and is not available to users in restricted jurisdictions. Use of $GIGGLES is subject to additional terms and market risks.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
